Kalybr is a performance and coaching Platform that enables coaches to design, deliver, and manage training programs, and for clients to track progress and results.

Kalybr is based in Egypt but intends to serve all fitness professionals in MENA

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kalybr as a Coach (Interchanged with fitness professional). If you are a coach, you are responsible for ensuring you hold any licenses or certifications required by local law to provide training or coaching services.

To use Kalybr, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be misused.

• Coaches may invite clients and share training programs, data, and performance tracking.
• Clients authorize their assigned coach(es) to access relevant data for training and progress analysis.
• Coaches are solely responsible for the programs, guidance, and results they provide through the Platform.
• The Platform acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or safety of any advice, training plan, or content provided by coaches.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload, including workouts, notes, and client data.
• By submitting content, you grant Kalybr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.
• We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics and performance improvement purposes.

Coaches can create, store, and reuse workouts and training templates. Saved workouts are private to the coach unless explicitly shared. If shared within teams or organizations, you grant Kalybr permission to manage access accordingly.

• Fees and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase.
• You may downgrade your subscription to another package, however,it is irreversible. You may upgrade to another package again but that will require additonal payment.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are issued.
• We adhere to a strict no refund policy
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
• Account suspension may temporarily disable Platform services
• Please refer to Our Refund Policy for more information about how the Platform handles refunds

Kalybr and its content are provided forinformational and organizational purposes only. Kalybr does not provide medical, health, or nutritional advice, and nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as such. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and materials on Kalybr (except user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Kalybr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Our brand, logo, or materials without written permission.

Your privacy matters to Us. Please review Our Privacy Policy to understand how We collect, use, and protect your data.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that it will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. Kalybr disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may also stop using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your license to use Kalybr ends, but certain provisions (e.g., data rights, liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms occasionally. When We do, we’ll post the updated version and revise the “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise required by law.
